Dear friends,
I believe that our lives are like a garden, requiring love and care to maintain.
Life is incredibly stressful at this time. Many of us are feeling burnt out, neglected, or overwhelmed and have few sustainable options for coping or improvement.
However, I know there are pathways which can lead to creating a more loving and beautiful garden for yourself and loved ones.
I have seen the many benefits light comforting touch, relaxation, and a sympathetic ear can provide to those who are suffering from mental or physical challenges.
When my father-in-law entered the late stage of Parkinson's Disease, we were left with few options for treatment. After researching the benefits of alternative therapies, I began utilizing these practices with him regularly. I noticed how beneficial it was to him both physically and emotionally and how much he truly seemed to enjoy the great sense of comfort and peace he found in our time together.
It greatly strengthened the bond between us, helping him cope with an incredibly difficult situation and enabled me to have beautiful experiences with him, even in the darkest of times.
I am grateful these practices worked for him and I believe they can work for you or your loved one as well.
I would be honored to help guide you or your loved one in creating a more loving and beautiful garden in which to thrive.
With hope and love,
Kristin
